Welcome to our musical instrument hire scheme. We offer Woodwind, Brass, Violin and Guitar hire from a minimum 1 month hire. There are various options available when renting a musical instrument. With all Brass and Woodwind instruments there is a rebate which accumulates monthly allowing you to purchase a new instrument at a discount price at any point during your hire (please see the instrument hire information below). With Violins and Guitars there is a small final payment should you wish to own the instrument at the end of the hire scheme.
You can return the instrument at any point if you are not enjoying it after the minimum hire period. We don’t require any notice. Just bring the instrument back to us and the rental will be cancelled there and then.
How to Hire
There are a few basic things you need to bring into the store in order to hire a musical instrument. We need you to produce the following items as proof of ID.
 1 Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence etc.)
1 Proof of Address ID (Utility, Phone Bill etc.)
1 Credit or Debit Card (Used for the payments)
The above items must include the name of the hirer.

The Small Print
Each rental period is one month and, depending on the instrument being hired, there is a maximum hire after which the instrument will need to be returned to us. You are of course welcome to renew your scheme at the store if you wish to hire the instrument for longer than the maximum period.
Depending on the instrument being hired, there is a non refundable set-up fee, between £5-£10, which covers all administration costs for the scheme, including letters and receipts that are sent to you. There is also a deposit equivalent to one month's rental required which we hold until the instrument is returned or purchased. When the instrument is returned it will be inspected by our repair specialist and, providing it is in a satisfactory condition, the deposit will be refunded. Normal wear and tear is taken into account.
The cost of each rental is payable in advance by credit or debit card.
