Do you charge restocking or other fees?
No - However there may be a charge levied if a credit card has been used.
Returns and cancellations.
Am I required to cancel or return items within a specific time period?
Yes - If you are unhappy with an item purchased online you must return it within 7 days.
Are there exceptions to your return or cancellation policies?
Yes - Any item that touches your mouth ie. All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned due to our health and safety policy.
Do you require buyers to return items in their original shipping containers and/or packaging?
Goods should be returned to The Music Stop in and together with their original packaging. The Music Stop will not be held responsible for any damages incurred in returning goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain the customer's responsibility until they have been booked in and assessed by The Music Stop.
Will you or the buyer pay for postage?
You, the customer, will be required to pay for all postage incurred when returning goods to The Music Stop.
